We, at Brick House Goods, are a teeny, tiny home goods business. Please know that our ultimate goal is to encourage people to be mindful of their consumption and purchasing habits. Buy things you LOVE and use things daily that you LOVE. We spend a lot of time and energy curating special, everyday items to encourage this.
Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase. We ask that this is a last resort but ultimately, we want you to be happy and we'd love for you to come back. All items are well described and have measurements so please be mindful of these (pull out that tape measure or ruler to double check that the item is the size that you're looking for!). If after all of that, you're still not satisfied, contact us via email at . We will work with you to have your item(s) returned to us (on us!) and refunded to your original form of payment.
Items must be unused and undamaged and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed onto the original method of payment once the package has made its way back to us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact us within 5 calendar days of receipt.

At this time, all sales are final if you are purchasing outside of Canada. Please allow us to grow a little larger before we embark on this part of the journey. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you'd like further information, detail, measurements on something in particular before you commit to a purchase! Damaged, defective, or incorrect item
You've dug into your package, and it's not quite right. It's broken, defective or damaged. We absolutely want to make this right for you. We will ask for photos, so please be prepared to do that and contact us immediately at

Lost or damaged parcels, incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for damages, delays, lost parcels and/or additional charges incurred by Canada Post or UPS during shipping. Please be sure that you've entered the correct and complete shipping address. Items returned to sender due to improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
